All of our products are custom made with a turnaround time of 2 weeks. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped using a next-day or 48-hour tracked service depending on your location. You will receive tracking details in your dispatch notification for easy tracking.

Please note, we currently only offer shipping within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).

Returns

Since each of our products is custom-made to your requirements, they are not eligible for return.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@nurseryshelfie.co.uk with photos of the damage. Make sure to retain all parts and packaging for the return process.
